Anyone know the title?

Hi there!
I read a romance novel a few years ago that was set in medieval times and had a blue cover. I can't remember the name of the author, the title or the names of the main characters, but I remember the plot. I want to read it again but can't find it. Here is the general plot:

Romance novel

Woman is stolen from her mother and forced to wed man. They live in castle serving a lord. Woman is a healer and looks after the lords wide, who keeps having miscarriages and is very ill.

There is a battle and the castle folks lose, but the conquerer's best friend is gravely wounded. The healer woman is called and heals his friend. They take her with them as they travel. Woman wants to travel to her home where there is a kingdom full of gold as she is the only one who knows where it is (which is why the man married her in the first place) she makes a deal to give gold to the conquerer if he takes her home. At some point they return to castle and friend falls in love with sick lady. I can't recall too much more than this but if anyone has an idea please let me know!
