I just had red velvet cake with crime cheese frosting and a nice cold glass of milk. Does that count?

HA HA HA HA. Do I even want to know what grime cheese is? And no, it does not count. Eating grimey cheese is unhealthy and counter-productive to weight loss.

HA HA HA. Well, that's the whole problem, silly. Junk food is... OK... grimeylicious, whereas healthy food is less grimeylicious. If only it weren't so!!

I think the FDA should start making the food industry put a grimeylicious rating on the labels. Then they would come out with grimeylicious lite. "All the grimeyliciousness with half the calories. You CAN have your cake and eat it too!"

I think I'm insane.

Yeah? Well, I'll never eat your grimeylicious cheese.

Really, I pictured you with a pocket protector... oh well. I'll have to change the image!

I also picture you with a comb-over, a potbelly, and a unibrow. Am I in the ballpark?

I went wall-climbing today, and it didn't exhaust me as much! Yay! I think I went up the wall... three times altogether, plus two minutes on the elliptical.

I hope to go again tomorrow!

Don't forget the high-water pants. Actually, they just look that way because I pull them up almost to my chest. And I have a body odor problem. And forests of black hair in my nose and ears.
