ABC Books, Name a book for each letter

Post by Eyre-thee-well »

I thought it might be fun to name a book for each letter of the alphabet. Each contributor should comment with a name of a book that follows the letter of the previous commenter. If we get all the way to Z (good luck with that one, although I'm sure there are lots of scifis that will do), then the next person can start the list with A again. If you know the author of the book, put it n parentheses, so we all can check it out sometime.
I'll start: A--Anne of Avonlea (L.M. Montgomery)if this were scattergories, I'd be getting double points right there!
