Got my sticker for day six. I am so sore right now I want to cry. I am lucky I only feel sore right after a workout. Usually by the next day I feel better. I skipped the sit ups and just did cardio and stretching.

Like, seriously, people, I need to get my sorry self to the wall climbing facility tomorrow. I haven't been in a week. I enjoy it but I tend to put it off because of the traffic and... blah blah blah. Whatever. Anyway, if I make it tomorrow, I know you guys will cheer for me when I report it!!

Thank you gali and Meg for the encouragement. I am less sore today. I was so grumpy yesterday!

Good job ladies, keep it up, if you like working out at home check out beachbody, they have some fun video workouts. I've done a couple of theirs and really enjoyed them. If you find something you enjoy it's easier to stick with it.

21 day fix is the big thing right now because you get portion control containers and the video workouts together so it basically gives you everything you need to succeed but they also have dance workout videos and the like. Good job everyone

I have a friend that did the 21 day fix. She lost 3 dress sizes in two months.

I workout using a weighted Hula Hoop. It is 2.5lbs. It is a lot of fun and there are tons of workouts for it. Great cardio workout and it engages your abs, butt, and thighs while you hoop. It also burns about 100 calories every ten minutes. It is a pretty popular way of exercising. There are two kinds of hoops. Weighted and dance. The dance ones are light and meant to be used all over the body.

Thanks for the encouragement Escapeartist!
