How good are you with money?

While you may not find many people who get to their death bed and wish they had more in their savings account (I bet there are quite a few who wish they had more to leave their loved ones) I'm willing to bet there are a lot of older people who wished they'd managed their money better when they were younger so they could have more financial comfort in their retirement.

I am fantastic with money. I don't have a need for a lot of things around me. I care more about people than things. I spend money on going places. I like to travel.

I am very good with money... I just turned 21, and I have more money saved than all of my friends put together LOL.

I'm never tempted to buy something I like but I don't need if I need the money to do something else D:

..except for books, of course, but in my country, I can't find any good books in English, or any good books at all, so it's no problem XD.

Wow, im not as good with the credit card as i thought, i have almost maxed it out so after a list of my expenses and deciding what was waste and what was essential, i have decided to freeze it for a couple of months whilst i chip away at it, and also im getting rid of that income protection tax as i dont really need it for my circumstances and its eating a good 30euro a month from me. Lesson learned, and i didnt need to declare bankruptcy

Will that resolution survive the New York trip though? We might have to do a 'silent collection' on your return.

I thought you would never ask, you can send on your paypal and credit card details by PM, Fran, also the rest of you, just to have a stock in case i get into trouble again. Thanks for your kindness

Seriously though i guess it could be worse, i know people younger than me with 3 cards on the go. When i looked back over the expenses there was some silly stuff that could have been paid for with cash but my aim now is to just not use it for a few months until its mostly paid off. You know yourself, some months just hammer it with fights and accommodation in one go.

As for New York there is not enough left on it to save me so i will have to be super careful with my spending money. And i hear they chase people who dont tip...

Davy has ye well fit down there in Waterford you should have no prob outrunning a couple of barmen.

Yeah but my only role in the whole "attending matches with the Deise team" was to occasionally jump out of my seat and shout a few choice words at the opposing team.....it was hard work but someone had to do it. I should bring Dan the man along with me, not only is he big and intimidating, he knows NY like the back of his hand (i know that from his many team bonding trips described in the book!). Plus he is probably not short a bob or two

Yeah i think that could work Fran, you can be the brains and use your well-read intelligence to plan the best heists and i can be the brawn, in case things get heated, desperate times and all that. We cant rely on this country, sure we only bail out the banks here.
