You know, that's an interesting question. I did without from the ages of 7-12, when we lived in a house that didn't have it. But our other houses always had it.

How old were you when you first used a space heater?

I was 28. I was always afraid they would cause a fire. I still do not like to use them.

How old were you when you went to the library for the first time on your own?

You know, I was probably eight. We were in a nice neighborhood, and there was one right up the street.

How old were you when you first cooked on the stovetop, with the burners?

Around 11. Yummy grilled cheese!

How old were you when you got to carve the turkey on Thanksgiving?

I have still never done that. We're not big turkey carvers.

How old were you when you made a jack-o'-lantern from a pumpkin?

How old were you when you started doing chores?

I was probably... I want to say... 27.

How old were you when you first had a washing-machine accident? (With an ink pen, or overflowing water, etc.)

How old were you when you took your first roadtrip?

I was born on the road. My grandparents live two hours to the north, and we were always visiting them. I was probably a baby.

How old were you when you first started doing chores? And I'm guessing you were younger than I was.

About 7 or 8.

How old were you when started paying for your own insurance?

Are we talking car insurance? I was 27. Albeit, I wasn't a licenced driver until I was 25.

How old were you when you chose your favorite type of pizza?

I still haven't! I like a few different ones equally.

How old were you when you got to pick out your own clothes?

I started to dress myself in third grade and was taught how to grab a clean outfit from the laundry room.

How old were you when you stopped fearing monsters under the bed/skeletons in the closet/ghosts/etc.?
