I don't know much about it... I just looked it up real fast. Can you share more info?

It combines a lot of cardio, with core work and strength training mixed in throughout just about all of the workouts. The workouts are just over half an hour long each, so it is really focused on getting the entire workout done quickly while using as many parts of the body as will fit in the individual workout's framework. It is fun, tough, and very cool!

In all seriousness, I've recommitted to my diet today and will likely go grocery shopping tomorrow. I know why my diet failed last time: The Candy Walk at the state fair. I didn't have a chance. This time, though, I will try again, and I'm going to add some type of exercise if it freakin' kills me, which it just might. I have GOT to lose weight. Any support, suggestions, or irrelevant commentary would be greatly appreciated.

Try P90. It is slightly different, but still will get you going every day and get in shape!

Thank you! I'll stick with it. I was able to put on my headphones and listen to some music while on the elliptical, which works out (I don't have speakers).
