I like to read but this is actually one of the reasons I do read is to help my mind relax so I can go to sleep quicker.rosemarieshort wrote:If I am already tired then reading can make me more tired. It's worked for me, and I actually have found that if I push through the weariness it makes me a stronger reader--like I'm training my brain not to give up.
