Christmas Presents

Post by TracyThomas81 »

I am so excited, I asked for a TON of books for Christmas, from my husband. I'm looking forward to finding out which ones he bought me! Did anyone else ask for books?

Got 3 so far from a reading buddy: All The Light We Cannot See, The Truth About The Harry Quebert Affair and Garrison Keillor's Pilgrims
My other half got me The Silver Linings Playbook, A Slanting of the Sun, Robert Harris's Dictator and The Little Red Chairs by the awesome Edna O'Brien ... he listens  as suzy might say "who knew"?

That's January sorted and I'm hopeful for my usual supply of bookshop vouchers from family later in the day .... or there will be :angry-tappingfoot:

I only got educational books.. And by that I mean a self-training guide and a technical dictionary

I was pretty excited about them until I realized that I have nothing to read that won't fry my brain, LOL

Yes, I did! I asked for four books, and my wonderful family got all of them for me! Plus I got an iTunes gift card, which will mostly be used on the iBooks app! :)

How about asking Santa for office supplies? When you read and write, obviously you need paper, pens, post-it notes, flashdrives, etc. All of those supplies add up!
