Are you...uhh...do you have diarrhea, severe or otherwise? I f so you may want to do the BRAT diet...bandannas, rice, applesauce and toast. It won't do much for the cramps but it will for the 'D'. Other than that drink a lot of water or tea.El_greco wrote:my abdomen hurts. it starts in the stomach, and then continues throughout the intestines. i started my cracker + honey diet, but id doesn't seem to help too much. anyone know what i could do to make it better?

Hey, is Polish invasion in Ireland really that big? When I visited my friend in England I was in quite a shock to hear Polish everywhere around. I felt like I didn't leave home.

Yep, they are pretty much everywhere here in Ireland, plenty of Polish people working on the building sites, manual jobs etc, they have a very active community here in Waterford and they love their drink even more than the Irish and thats quite a feat! There is a polish guy in the lab next door to me, dont have to go far to find some.GotThatSwing wrote:I can eat any chocolate, really![]()

Yeah, I know the drinking possibilities of some of my friends so that's no surprise.
