Hi Everyone!

Post by Eclecticreader »

Hi there, I'm new here but not new to reading, have been devouring books since I read my very first Famous Five novel in primary school!! Now I read as much as being a mum to two little kids, a wife and part-time bread-winner allows me too!! It's my relaxation me-time and I love it!!
So, authors I like off the top of my head are:
Marian Keyes, Lisa Jewell, Elizabeth Noble, Jane Austen, Margaret Mitchell, Agatha Christie, Dee Henderson, Francine Rivers... I guess I'm more of a chick-lit kinda gal, but I have also read a few Dan Brown and JRR Tolkien (thanks to my hubbys book collection, he's more into action, scifi etc) and also Alastair McClean and Neville Shute etc(thanks to my dad's large collection)... that's all I can think of for now, but I'm sure there are more (c:
Anyway, so hi there, glad to be among fellow bookworms!!

Thanks everyone!! I think I might be a bit out of my depth here discussion wise, but I love reading and hearing about what other people have read so it's all good!!
Oh, and I'm from Australia, and love hearing about good Aussie authors too, not that I don't love all authors, but that I love reading Australian stories, especially historical stuff ie A Fortune Life (which I haven't yet read but on my TBR list, and have seen on TV growing up) etc
