Ha no problem, the last time I was here there were only about 10 people here so I'm still getting used to everyone here. Hope to see you more around the forums :D

Hi Mike, good to see you back - I'd be cross with you but given you say "love" kept you away how can I be other than delighted for you. :tiphat:

Good to have you back on here! Without the progenitors, where would the forum be? I think the combination of originals and 2nd generation is the best!

Fran!!! :tiphat:

I'm so happy to see you here and you are still active on the forums, it was like trying to navigate a new country when I popped back again, all strangers but friendly ones at least! And its great to see the other familiar heads like Gannon and Bighuey etc. Yes, life and love kept me away but ill be back for a while now, I'm starting to read a bit more of late (od fashioned books not anything electronic ha ha) and will be searching the forum for some reviews. I presume my old pub now is in an awful state and the inhabitants there have squatters rights? I hope life is well for you and you are doing well.

This forum is well governed these days, unlike our own country eh

Hi Mike

I think your old place has been MAMA'd - last time I passed that way it looked a bit like Miss Havisham's dining room :confusion-shrug:
You could probably buy it back cheap but you'd need some original thinking to get it off & swinging again .... OMG swinging now theres a thought!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Mike! I wasn't on the board way back when, but am glad to see you are back. I used to see old posts of yours and figured you were one of the original members. The funny thing is I always thought your user name, Stephen Kingman, was your real name! I never connected it to you being a Stephen King fan. :)
