Howdy there Carla, it's great that SKM is back, but I get the feeling that he's not going to hang around much, which is a real shame as he adds so much to this forum. Come on SKM, the last post of yours that sticks out in my mind is when you were rubbishing "To Kill a Mockingbird." I was very impressed that you gave your honest opinion about a book that everybody loves and considers to be one of the all time classics in the literary world. I didn't agree with you, but I was impressed. Anyway I hope you do find the time to come back and post every now and then. You are missed. :(

^ Gannon and Carla, thanks so much for the kind words, I'm free now most weekends to pop in here for a while. I hope the two of ye are doing well, but I thought your trick of kidnapping me and locking me into my own pub to stop me escaping last week was a bit cruel, how could you do that to a friend?? :wink:

HE'S BACK! *pointing* ----> StephenKingman

Welcome back Stevie. [8- )

Gannon made a good point regarding Mockingbird. I know you just HAAAAATED that book. I am pleased to anounce that I can now join you in trashing Harper Lee's last book, Go Set A Watchman. It stunk on ice.

I added something to my last post you might appreciate *LOL*

I've been good despite the fact that I had to have a couple of stents put into my heart since I last saw you. I'm OK now though.

It was all Carla's idea. She thought it might help make you stick around. :D

Ok I agree with your principle but at least remove the duct tape, I'm having trouble breathing!

Watch this space for a return of the brilliant online pub. :D

I told Carla that the duct tape was a bit much, but she managed to convince me that you might talk your way out of it.
The online pub is going to take a heap of work. I'm happy to roll up the sleeves and give you a hand, but only if you promise to hang around. :)

Iceland!!! Oh man, I am so jealous that would be incredible. It's on my bucket list. I picked up "Finders Keepers" by King the other day but haven't read it yet. Long time since I've read a King novel actually. :)
