Congrats to the author on having the BOTD. It doesn't sound like the main character is very likeable, but I like that you mentioned that she changes during the story. For people looking for a light beach-style, this sounds like a good choice.

Great book review! I agree with what bookowlie said - the main character doesn't seem likable, but it's good that she does end up changing later on.

This sounds like a good plot, but I would likely be pretty frustrated by the parts that are forced. A good story unravels naturally. Sounds like the author could do some reworking and end up with a much stronger overall piece of literature. Congrats on being BOTD!

This seems to be a very great book for someone in their 20s. As I am in my 40s, I would like to read it to look back and wish I had lived my 20s like that!
