Anyone ever tried the native banga soup with very cute cat fish and some semolina pound?

The rice noodles and cardamom pods might be a little harder to find than the rest of the ingredients however, most big chain grocery stores have the rice noodles in their international food sections now and you can use ground cardamom instead of pods if you can’t find the pods. I definitely suggest using the chicken thighs even though it’s a little more labor intensive because you really can’t beat the flavor that comes from the chicken thighs. Definitely worth it!

Wow @Ambar Gill, sounds yummy! I should try it. The best I can get to when I have noodles are the ready-to-eat types - add water, heat and eat!Ambar Gill wrote: ↑25 Jul 2024, 13:17 Honestly, I found my favourite recipes on Instagram reels and Pinterest! My favourite ramen broth consists of peanut butter, gochujang paste, spring onions, water, soy sauce and sesame oil. It's soooo good and you can add whatever noodles or protein you'd like. I like adding an egg!
