brings me right into the places and characters he portrays in his novels.
David Baldacci is another contemporary favorite of mine. How he spins his stories, characters, events, locations is evidence of his great talent.
My original favorite when I was a youngster was Robert Louis Stevenson. My 12 year old imagination went soaring with
Robinson Carusoe and his man Friday. What young boy didn't enjoy Treasure Island? Classic yarns by an author whose work will live forever.

Robert Watson, author of over 30 books. His latest, The Nazi Titanic is a true story of a little known tragic event that took place at the end of World War II. Wonderful, fascinating read.
