Relatively new here

Greetings!

My name is Lydia. I'm looking for some new books. I can read YA, but generally prefer more adult level books. I enjoy books in the fantasy/sci-fi, romance, action, and also like manga series. I'm not into non-fiction, mystery, or crime. I have a few favorite authors already: Mercedes Lackey, Linda Howard, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Nora Roberts, Tito Kubo (Bleach manga/anime), but am interested in finding more out there.

Thanks! :D

Hi Rebecca,
Thank you. I have heard of her and will check her out, probably through the library. :) I'll appreciate other recommendations that you have in the future.

Welcome!

Have you ever tried anything by Nalini Singh? She has a couple series going that I just love!
Also, are graphic novels acceptable? I've got a few series that might work for you :D

Hi Gravy!
Thanks, I might have read some of her books in the past. I will add her name to a growing list of "I want to read" through my local library :)

Hi Gali,
I forgot to add her to my list of read books, she's a favorite, especially with her cross-genre series also writing as Jayne Ann Krentz and Jayne Castle. Argh, lol.

You might try Vera Nazarian's Atlantis Grail series. There are only two out at the moment, and she's working on the third. It's definitely sci-fi with some romance. It's REALLY good. The first one is called Qualify.
