Hi

Contact one of the admin and they will change it for you.

Regarding the review, submit an error report via your RT page and ask for an extension.

@Jazzed063 As a reviewer, anything to do with the Review Team can be handled by clicking Review Team Page in the navigation ion the header.

You can change your email at User Control Panel >> Profile >> Edit Account Settings.

Sometimes I don't get your email and maybe that is the reason I could not find my email about BOTD. Then I lose all my points. But actually I did not get the email for that day therefore I could not enter. I got the email today but I am not allowed to continue to enter after I have downloaded and sampled the book

@josefina1110 You say you are unable to enter. Why is that? Do you get an error message? If so, what does the error message say?

I could not get the email for the free play because OBC says that my email bounced. So I had no way to enter. I don't know why it bounced. This was the first time it happened. But I did get the BOTD announcement and I commented on the review. But I could not get the play for free. I did not find it on Spam either. So, that is what happened. Today I did not get the BOTD announcement email. So I don't know what is the Book of the Day for today. It's ok. I don't know how to remedy the situation. Sorry.
