Yep, i have branched out and i LIKE it, theres always room for the odd drink here and there but moderation is the key. Except when it comes to chocolate. Which i am never going to give up. Ever.

One of these things I wonder if we don't have it in shops or if I am uninformed. I'm not a fan of sodas anyway.

Just like Diet Coke, they usually have a diet low cal version of popular drinks for the weight watchers or health aware, although they do have lots of sweeteners..

Well, we have regular 7-up and I know what's going on with diet sodas :P
We just don't have diet 7-up. I didn't know it exists. Must be gross, like diet coke is :?

Swing .. the only use for diet 7-Up is to add it to a big glass of white wine (from Aldi!) and make spritzer apart from that you'd be better off with water.

Hahah, I wouldn't mind trying that spritzer, since an expert recommends it
