Oh dont tempt me Fran, im 2 months off the stuff and i feel better already, it was either go cold turkey and snap after a week or have a Plan B ready so i stocked up on the aul 7-UP Free and its working nicely, 2 or 3 cans a week, and not a cider for weeks either.Fran wrote:Diet 7-Up ... wouldn't get you to the tea breakStephenKingman wrote:Im finding Diet 7-UP an acceptable substitute for Lucozade these days

Just like Diet Coke, they usually have a diet low cal version of popular drinks for the weight watchers or health aware, although they do have lots of sweeteners..GotThatSwing wrote:One of these things I wonder if we don't have it in shops or if I am uninformed. I'm not a fan of sodas anyway.

We just don't have diet 7-up. I didn't know it exists. Must be gross, like diet coke is

Swing .. the only use for diet 7-Up is to add it to a big glass of white wine (from Aldi!) and make spritzer apart from that you'd be better off with water.GotThatSwing wrote:Well, we have regular 7-up and I know what's going on with diet sodas![]()
