I love how well this author is able to portray love! It is amazing when an author can make you feel so much just through reading their book. <3

I normally like romance novels but i think I will pass on this one. Having grown up in the 70's, I would rather not go back there again. Thanks for the review.

Lately, I've found it hard to find characters that I can relate to. Will definitely consider reading this for the realistic emotions you say are well captured in the novel. I'm also curious to know what you mean by the author's good use of accents, and clever way of using curse words.

The premise is somewhat interesting - I do like games, and the dating game between two guys courting a girl isn't a plot I can think of used in many books off the top of my head. From your review description, it sounds like its written reasonably well and believably (something that I think is even more important in romantic stories)

Overall, I dont think I'd be interested in reading it since I dont care as much for romance stories anymore (more of an adventure/action/mystery guy), but I do appreciate the game aspects that you describe. I think that usually adds some more fun than just a pure romantic main plot.

Glad you liked it overall though.

Well-written and informative review! I do not normally enjoy books that contain a supernatural element, but the sample and this review have me hooked.

I love this review because the author of it explains the book in such amazing detail without giving away too much. I really like the genre of this book and how it has chapters named after 70s songs. That's think was a really great idea on the book authors part.

Thanks for the review. I was born in 1971 so I am sure that most of this would be a reminder of my very young years. It sounds like a lot of nostalgia from that decade, but also sounds like a solid and interesting read.

‪This sounds like a great blend of some of my favorite genres. I wasn't that interested in the storyline at first, but I'm glad to hear the characters are realistic and engaging.

Thanks for the review. I totally feel encouraged to read this book. I'll add it to my shelf immediately. Your full description of the main character is very appealing. Besides, I like the fact that there isn't a melodrama novel; I hate those.

This one sounds like a good romance with the intriguing bet between the two men. Makes me wonder how Ruby will play it. Good review.
