Review doesn't meet guidelines for italicizing author's name

Post by masterhawk88 »

An editor just said my review didn't meet guidelines because I italicized the author's name, not just the book title. I've read and reread the guidelines, and don't see anywhere it says ONLY the book name can be italicized. That's a 30 point hit to the editor score.

Can someone explain this to me? Cause I'm pretty cheesed off right now.
Through books, I have lived not just one life but thousands.

According to the guidelines, only book titles should be italicized. The Guidelines clearly say:
Put the book title in italic print
Please this thread for more info: Use underlining, italics, or quotation marks for titles?

Anyway, this isn't the place to discuss issues with the Review Team.
