I like when a romance covers other aspects of the characters' lives. It fills out the story more realistically for me. However, I'm not a fan of sex scenes, so I will pass on this one, as much as I'd like to experience these characters' rounded out lives.

Hi ReadingRebecca. Thank you for your thoughts. I can understand your aversion to the sexy scenes. My tip: you can always skip them!

Thank you, Miriam. Good point. Just curious, does this book highly revolve around the sex aspect? I read a book once where it seemed the driving force (no pun intended  ) in the plot was to get to the next sex scene, so skipping the scenes was practically skipping the whole book. Lol. Is there enough in this one that there is still a complete story without the scenes? That may make it a worthwhile read for me.

Yes, the book is so much fun even minus the steam (though there are some parts that will make you tearful and angry). The dialogues are really witty. You can skip the love scenes (no fair peeking lol) without affecting the story. Enjoy!

I can't talk about the ending as spoilers are not allowed, but it was a good ending for me. I recommend you read it and see and feel for yourself, Andrew! We can compare notes via PM if you like.

Thanks for your appreciation.

Hi Miriam! I'm sad that a book loses its quality because of editorial issues. It have touched your heart, and i am sure other readers' hearts as well. I hope the author will resolve this as soon as possible. Great review! ;)

Little things like spelling errors don't deter me. If they're truly horrifying sure, but the book seems good enough, and there's nothing I love more than using Disney to describe something. They truly have something for everyone.
