Problem: Kindle App won't open .mobi file (Solved)

I am having a problem with my kindle as I took it back to the store where I purchased it. They are investigating what the problem is or they will exchange it.

Unfortunately I am out of the country and I can only go back to the store on the 21st August 17.

You can read the book on your PC or cell as well. If you prefer to read on your Kindle, you can either ask for an extension or ask to quit the book o via the Updat tab on your RT page.

I am not able to download the kindle unlimited app from Amazon.I am told "your current digital account settings doesn't allow you to subscribe to the kindle unlimited on Amazon. Please contact customer service to learn about kindle unlimited availability in your local Amazon website". When I contacted them they said the service is only available in the USA. What other way can I access the book?

I have already submitted my reply to the reason why the review has not been updated. Kindle app is not available in my country, so the file can't open. Pls show me direction to cancel the mobi download and make it available in pdf format. Thanks

I am using a samsung galaxy s6 and my problem is the file doesn't even download. I click on the link and when the download option pops up and I click it on it, it immediatelt gives me a network/not connecting problem. It has to be this particular file because there is nothing wrong with my network as I have been downloading via other platforms.

The kindle app is also not available in my country, neither is it compatible with my device. I use pdf and I have successfully downloaded a book previously. I can't fathom why it keeps saying not connected when I attempt download. Can I cancel the review seeing as I can't get the book.

1. I used option 1&2
2 option 1 stated that file doesn't exist
option 2 stated that file is damaged and can't be repaired.
3. I used an android phone for option 1 and a laptop for option 2
4. I have read files on both devices countless times.
please how can I find the link to select another book.
