I like romantic books. As per the review, I am expecting to like the strong female characters. Thanks for the review ☺️? heard that this book touches on some serious subjects like #terrorism and #rape. I am going to read this one

Seems like an intriguing story! I like that they have taken a "romance" and turned it into many different genres, with action, adventure, and even a look into the effects of these events on a person.

Thanks for a concise review. I don't care much about "strong leading female characters." I care about the character development and the flow of the story. It sounds like it's a real page turner!

Belle Ami is one of my best writers and so this is a must read book for me. The topic is intriguing and am so much dying to go through it.

Wow... this is my genre! I am so excited to read this book! Strong females, strong males, everyone doing their part in balance, (I don't mind women being kidnapped or in danger in a story but I hate for them to go the "helpless" stage unless it is after some sort of real stress or length of time... I just don't want to read about wilting "flowers"... ugh...boring) Terrorism has been used since the dawn of time when one tribe of humans bombarded another with stones in the middle of the night... so I like to see when stereotypes are twisted a little. Not all Middle Essterns are bad, not all women are helpless in a bad situation.

I do not generally read romance as the outcome is usually predictable, however, I like that this romance incorporates modern day issues into the story.

Sounds like a great read, I especially like the fact that the female and male leads didn't fall into stereotypes.

Belle Ami seems to have another winner in this book. I am happy to note that the lead FBI agent is a woman. (Wonder Woman?)

Another book to add to my growing pile of must-reads!

Amazing review. I did a review on the Book 1 which is "Escape". Belle Ami is an amazing author, no doubt.

Thanks for the review. I read the first book. Although it was well written and flowed well, I found the same issue with the first book. Plots were set but they were solved too easily. I am not sure I will read the second book, but I enjoyed your review.

I'm glad that such harsh topics like terrorism, kidnapping, rape, PTSD which are always difficult to read about, do not overshadow and overwhelm the story of love between the main characters and their true devotion to each other and everybody around them. Thanks for the nice review.
