Sometimes, i do. Sometimes I don't. I even read it aloud at times especially when i am into the book I am reading. It actually helps me understand it better sometimes.

Sometimes I do. If a sentence didn't make sense and I need to reread it, I might whisper it to myself. But for the most part, I don't.

When I was younger, I was strictly warned not to move my lips while reading for some reason. I think the explanation was that it makes you look like you're just learning how to read or that you find reading difficult and to an extent I think it's true because I find myself trying to mumble the words out if the piece I'm reading contains a lot of complexities or errors.
I also read aloud to check for errors in my personal write-ups.

sometimes I will do this when I am by myself reading and trying to analyze a difficult sentence structure. I will not do this in public though.

I just read it quietly to myself. Only exception might be if there is a sentence which didn't make sense. I might reread it by mumbling it.

I do not move my mouth or whisper while reading a story book, but I tend to purse my lips sometimes. This also happens when I am writing something or concentrating in general. But I do all three when I am reading something which is hard for me, for example, a scientific research article. I mumble to myself while proofreading, or pronounce the words silently while writing. I don't know if I look weird doing this.

Moving your lips or reading aloud is a great tool to help comprehension. I do it when I read anything technical or confusing, or something with a lot of steps in it, like a recipe or directions. It helps me remember better.
