In high school I used to write my thoughts down on pieces of paper in class, then tear them out so no one else would read them. These days I turn to music more for stress relief. Chocolate also helps.

Music or writing really helps me out. I listen to my favorite bands on repeat because focusing on the words helps some everything out. And I write out my feelings because that helps more than talking to someone.
