Dear Mr. Robinson,

Thank you so much for your letter. Thank you for explaining your book in Korea detail and how it came to be. I can't wait to read it and hopefully I will have as much as a connection with the characters as you did (and still do) while writing about them

Hi Gary,

I have to say - your story is one definitely needing to be told! One could truly tell how you felt and bled on the words you wrote, and that takes extreme bravery. You are an inspiration, and I truly feel a connection to your story.
Thank you for sharing!

This looks like The Sword Swallower and a Chico Kid would be a very interesting read!

Considering my own opinions on drugs and addiction, it seems it would make the story all the more of a roller coaster of emotions. Though I don't personally struggle with substance abuse, my family has a history with it. This kind of address of a "lovable but flawed" character makes me want to sit down and take a gander at the adventure.

This book seems interesting. I now have to read it to see all of the adventures of the abuse of alcohol and drugs that you went through.

I was not planing on reading the book, but your letter has changed my mind. Thank you for sharing. There is something so therapeutic about sharing parts of one's life through writing ... to see a beginning that was leading to nowhere and then someone comes in and changes the ending.
