This book is a stand-alone one. Depending on its topic, I wouldn't think of a sequel. Since it is based on his life experiences, and is an elaborate one at that, I don't think the author will be doing much justice if he writes another book based on the same experiences. If he has left some of his insights in store, or has had other life-changing moments since writing this one, only then I expect a continuation.

It's quite possible that the author had more to share but wanted to condense the content for the sake of keeping things concise. I don't think a sequel is necessary for this kind of read though. I would certainly be willing to look into other material from his like this should he publish something similar.
