I'm actually debating on this one. I don't really care for war stories, yet your review makes it seem more like intrigue, espionage and suspense, than actual blood and guts, in the trenches, blowing up people, war.

You've intrigued me enough that I will at least check out the sample.

Thank you for your insightful review. 💕

An awesome book it is indeed. I Loved it from the start to the end. I was especially fascinated by how Jacko could take out a target without even seeing it. A very good sense of direction. Learning about this historical war and the various sites was also a nice touch by the author. Looking forward to reading the sequel.

Historical fiction is my favorite genre. Add that this book is set during WWII in the middle east, and I'm so pumped to read this.

War, action and all kinds of dangerous situations making this book a very attractive reading. It also has something about Giza's pyramids and other well known historical places. This book has a little bit of everything to engage almost every reader. Thanks for your review!

The Warramunga's war is a novel that definitely encompasses a lot of troops from all walks of life and their corresponding tactics. I hope to read the book because I enjoy troops that seem to be well versed with their professional skills.

War thrillers are hard to understand unless the book is so interesting.

Even though this sounds like it may be a good book for those individuals who are into war. I am not that interest in books of this nature so this type book I do not think that this would be a book for me to read. Therefore, I will be adding this book to my not interested list.

I will be honest I am not a fan of historical fiction novels.
I'm sure James and Jack's story will have his readership and I thank you for your review.
I can tell the story just isn't for me.

This is a story of war and friendship. It's fact that it's set in Egypt interests me. I'm glad to see some much accurate history portrayed in this novel.

I love that the book is traveling to so many different areas of the world and tells the story through a variety of people. I am not a war-book kind of gal, but I will not write this one off. It seems intriguing and based on the summaries and reviews, might be a good introduction to this genre for me.

While I like books set in this time period, this one doesn't sound like it would be for me. Spy/espionage novels rarely hold my interest, but thank you for a great review.
