The army is a great way for men to find their calling, and this book shows this aspect well. The term deserter evokes shame and cowardice, so it will be interesting to see how it meshes with the story.

Thomas Forster had his life journey difficulties. Now he tells the story of his life, Thomas got a job at insurance company and he managed to get another job because he wasn't satisfiedwith his current job at that time. Thomas Forster new job was joining the army. Here is were he he enjoyed a lot at the Seawall with his friends

I loved the scene on Galveston,,'s Seawall
Been there many times. I really loved the author's letter to you g people. On the other hand, I felt the author could do a much better job of character development. I need a reason to care more than I need to know their skin color.
