We actually have a 5 gallon water cooler in our apartment that my grandparents gave us because we were buying so much bottled water (bad for our wallets and bad for the environment). So I probably drink 10 glasses of water a day.

I drink about 2-2½ litres or so of water daily, sometimes more. I love water and prefer to drink it over anything else.

Well, I drink about a gallon. I either use a milk gallon or half a gallon of a juice bottle. It is said that you are supposed to drink water even though you don't want it. So that's what I have to keep reminding myself...drink water even though you don't like it. It's also a great elixir for weight loss. I stay away from carbonated drink like pop....maybe I'll a juice once in awhile but other than that...I'm sticking to water.

Lol, for some reason my body tells me to drink water all the time. I probably average 2 to 3 liters a day lately. Maybe because I've sworn off soda a couple of months ago.

On good days I manage to get in my 2 liters. On bad days I drink 2 liters of coffee... does that count as water? :p

I try to drink at least 5 glasses a day and when I'm working out I drink 7-8. I've also picked up the nasty habit of drinking 2 cokes a day. I can practically feel my teeth deteriorating . Begone caffeine addiction . :x

New research has shown this phenomenon of modern people drinking gallons of water daily is a waste and has no extra benefits to those who drink water when their bodies tell them to drink. Nevertheless, I personally get through large amounts of water......seeing as beer is about 95% water I don't go thirsty.

Maybe a couple sips each day. I know, I'm really bad with it. I should really drink a lot more.
