Mine is maqluba. It’s Arabic dish. I usually do a veggie one with eggplant, potato, carrots, vermicelli noodles all fried, than layer then veggies and put rice and water with Arabic seasonings. Served with plain yogurt or a sour cream traditionally. It’s amazing!

The best meal I ever made was on Thanksgiving. I made some cinnamon rolls! They were a huge hit with my family. I was a fan as well.
