After reading your review, this is going on my Read list. It sounds like the author has created a interesting story with not just the girls but their male counterparts (which last part got me really curious!)

Wow, I totally forgot about this book.

It's featured as BOTD today, so I wanted to read this review again and sample it. I still think it will be a light read. I like the ''quadruplets'' thing, didn't even notice it the first time. Now that I think about it, I haven't seen quadruplet sisters or brothers featured in books or movies, so it's nice to see something original. What's not original, though, is the fact that they control the four elements. I guess I'll just have to sample it and see if it's worth buying.

Nice review, and good to read about the flaws of the book too. They're never the easiest thing to spot when you actually enjoyed the book! Just a quick question though - after describing the flaws, and saying that you're not dying with anticipation for the second book, could you tell me why you went for four stars instead of three? I'm not saying that you shouldn't have, but I am curious as to what really sold the book for you.

This sounds like a great fantasy romance read. The way you describe the book reminds me of the TV series Charmed. I'm a huge fantasy fan, so I'll definitely be adding this to my "Want to Read" list.

Unbalanced sounds like a great read. Your review makes me want to read the novel.
I personally don't like romantic elements but I like fantasy and straightforward plots, so I think that I might like it.
The plot is engaging enough from what I read and also light, which is good especially after finishing a dark, gripping book.
You made everything clear in this review.

‘Unbalanced’ is a fast paced urban fantasy novel, which includes a whole lot of action, magical powers and a bit of romance thrown in just for fun. If follows the story of four sisters as they begin to discover who they really are and there place in this world.

I thoroughly enjoyed your detailed review. I do find this particular book interesting. I like that it is a blend of "light" fantasy and romance. I see myself reading this one.

It appears you enjoyed reading this book, but would have liked a bit more depth and twists in the plot. Nicely written review.

I have read quite a few series in which there is not as much depth to the characters as backstory as I would have liked in the first book, but the following books get much better. Hopefully that will be the case with this one. It does sound like an interesting story, but I fear it might not be as original as I would like. The concept is one I have seen a few times, so hopefully there is a new and unusual twist to it. Thank you for the well-written and informative review.

Four sisters who are separated at birth are united decades later. Each of them have unique power and are hunted by an ancient cult called 'The Order'. Thanks for the review.

This book had me intrigued from the moment I started to read it. I didn't read all of the sample but I was transformed into the world of the Master and The Sisters rooting for the sisters to prevail of course.
Seems like a very fascinating book and worth the read.

It might be an interesting book to read. Narrating the separate lives of four sisters separated at birth and later reunited. Discovering their unique powers with element is simply fascinating. It might help an imaginary mind explore more with fantasies.
