recommend The Introvert Advantage: How to Thrive in an Extrovert World, several months ago. So I gave the book a try, and words cannot express how insightful I found it. After wondering around, thinking there was something wrong with me all my life, this book revealed to me the unique mind of an introvert, and taught me not to be ashamed of who I am.

So, I say, if you want to read a self-help book to "improve" yourself in whatever way you feel is necessary, than be all means, do so.

Self help books can be nice and beneficial in some cases. However I do personally feel like they are written in a way which makes it sound easy to follow their rules and guidance and I have rarely thought so, sometimes reading those books can make me feel like my feelings are invalid or not as big which is definitely not a positive thing.

Among all the genres of books, the one I love reading about most is self-help books. These books have the ability to change your mindset and help you improve your life

Self help books are great if they motivate an individual to move successful from a point of hopelessness, despair into a successful hopeful and beautiful future

I am sure good self-help books exist somewhere out there, but I haven’t read any. I’ve only read wildly unhelpful “self-help” books. The content was common-sense things that I didn’t need a book to figure out for myself.
