To be honest this is the one I know the best and that I like when it is sung in church.
"...Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil..."
it resonates with me as well. And gives so much strength.

You have a point. Interpretation can be tricky and also is very subjective.

That's amazing! I seek comfort with psalm 91 as well. I love how this book dealt with the Bible verses.
Yes, I enjoyed how the Bible verses were done in the book as well. Psalm 91 is my favorite passage in the Bible. I'm glad it brings you comfort too!

This helped me because only by love and the feeling of righteousness we can reach life and happiness. :techie-studyingbrown:

"Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong."

This is Corinthians 16:13. It is definitely the Bible verse that's helped me the most, and I hope it finds you well, too!

Bible has many beautiful and inspiring verses. Some of my favorite verses are the following: ''She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.'' Proverbs 31:25
''She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.''— Proverbs 31:26

I love the fact that the writer included Bible verses on Grace Revealed. Bible verses are one of the ways God is using to talk to us. As for me, I have several verses that help me whenever troubled. Especially Psalm 139 gives me great comfort and a sense of being meaningful. From there especially the verses 14-15:

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful,I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. (NIV)

All the verses in the book were beautiful, giving us strength and uplifting us in the time of despair. A particular verse that stood out to me is:

Psalm 34:18

The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

It’s comforting to know that even though the Lord is always with us, but when we are in any problem, he is even more close to us.

I got it tattooed on my arm after I was hospitalized for severe depression and subsequently lost my job after 15 years. It's a great reminder.
Amazing story.
My favorite Bible verse is Deuteronomy 31:6
:Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
I was going through a rough patch and it was the first time I heard God clearly.

The way the book references Bible verses and adds Prayers at the end of each section makes it quite enjoyable.

That's very nice, my friend. I loved this quote, as well. "If God Is for Us, Who Can Be Against Us? :tiphat:
That's a great one; so simple yet very inspiring :)

Romans 8:28 is a verse that always keeps me in check when am facing whatever crisis. It says, "And we know that in all things, God works for the good of those who love him, those who have been called according to his purpose." How powerful is this!

I liked all the bible verses given at the end of each chapter. They all apply to one situation or the other, and I will remember them in times of need. The inclusion of verses and prayers in the book is an excellent addition because I don’t usually read the Bible; hence I don’t remember any verse. But reading them in a book like this is easy to remember and find strength in them.
