Inkdawn by Cornelia Funke

Post by Holly Fipps »

I'm warning you right now. Do NOT keep reading if you have not read Inkspell by Cornelia Funke yet or it will spoil the entire trilogy.

Does anyone believe she will bring back the character Dustfinger? The ending left it at fifty-fifty. She had originally planned on calling her third and final novel in the Inkheart trilogy Inkdeath but has decided to call it Inkdawn instead. Do you think this reflects the outcome of the character Dustfinger?

I read this series so long ago and am having a hard time remembering this character. I remember liking the first two books but not really caring for the third too much. I don't remember the exact reason but I don't think I found it very exciting. I read the book when it was called Inkdeath though instead of Inkdawn.
