Has anyone read Jacquelyn Frank's Nightwalker series?

Post by marseet1 »

I was curious if anyone has read any book in the Nightwalnet series and if so what are your thought? A new book comes out in January and I've only seen a few reviews.

Hu, I've read Jacob, Gideon, Elijah, Damien, and Noah in the Nightwalker series and both of the Shadow Dweller books. The premise is that there is a realm that exists beyond our knowing with vampires, demon kings, shadow people. etc.. who are very xenophobic and have been warring with each other for eons but are now finding that their ability to feel passion can only be found outside of their own breed (with some exceptions for example Gideon).

It looks like the book you're looking at is the second in a spin-off series about body walkers which I haven't read yet though. I would start with the first book in the series which is Forbidden. I did enjoy the original nightwalker series and like her writing style. She's good at creating tight knit worlds but her writing has a slower more serious pace than other paranormal authors like Gena Showalter or Sherilyn Kenyon.

I also read Jacob and all the way through Adam. But the spinoff not so much. Just trying to see if it is worth reading. I think I will check them out. I just wonder if these spinoff are just redoing stories with different names. But I'll still check it out. Thanks for the info.

I haven't read them either, but they sound really good. How would you rate them?

I've read the first few, and they were good. But they fell off for me. I hear they might be back on track, but I haven't revisited them.
