Juniper is the last born in her family, an aspiring songwriter, and dating her manager, DaMarco. Their seemingly healthy relationship in public turns chaotic in private. Soon, Juniper encounters her boss-to-be, Steven, good looking and a successful attorney. They soon are in love. Laci is successful and educated. She encounters DaMarco and falls in love with him. Seemingly, he seems to be treating her right after her previous love life was full of setbacks.

Lorenzo is a music producer who has an intermittent relationship with Erin. The two share custody of their infant, Symone. Soon, Lorenzo is in love; however, he’s not sure whether or not he’s ready for yet another committed relationship. Relationships are full of lies, with some sleeping with their bosses. How will it turn out when the truth is exposed? Love, Lies & Music by Midnight Storm is a twisted tale of romance.

I enjoyed numerous aspects of this book. I encountered a few humorous sentiments along the way. Along with the street slang employed by Storm, the book could not get any better. One thing the author did exceptionally well was including detailed descriptions. They were so vivid that I always created images in my head. Also, there were family dynamics worth noting. When DaMarco cheated on Juniper and vice versa, they’d ask their siblings to cover for them. The characters were ready to support their families no matter what.

Nonetheless, I found a few things to despise about this book. Firstly, the PDF format is not completely visible; it’s faintly written. The straining made me uncomfortable. Some paragraphs are composed in more than one font style and size. Additionally, some added information only made the book lengthy. Examples include types of material used to make sofas, beds, office chairs, lotions, and perfumes.

I discovered ambiguous sentences as I devoured the tale. I had to reconstruct them to make more sense. I encountered law jargon along the way. I had to look up the words to seek their meanings. We have a high level of erotic content. There are instances of infidelity and vulgar language. I highly discourage readers below the age of 18 years from devouring this work. As I did not detect any grammatical errors, I can attest it is professionally edited. With the dislikes stated above, I rate it 3 out of 4 stars. I recommend it to audiences who fancy reading seductive erotica installments.

Just from reviewing the book, i find it interesting because it talks about the reality of relationships and it entails what normally happens in real life about deceitfulness and not being able to have a real relationship because we live in a world full of lies and deceit.

Thanks for the honest review. I find it very distracting when books have the issues that you noted with the formatting. It sounds like an interesting enough story, but I don’t think I would read it.
