Absolutely loved this book. I thought that the two main characters are just meant to be, they are polar opposites, yet they fit perfectly together. However, I think that despite the fact that they do fit well together, the reason why they have this love hate relationship is due to their stubbornness. Tessa and Hardin are both equally stubborn and this places their relationship on a lot of strain.

After is definitely one of the most romantic books I've ever read. Loved the storyline and that it's based on college romance which a lot of people relate to. It's the classic bad boy meets good girl romance yet different from the other ones. When reading the book you will relate to a lot of things. The way it gets into the backstory of each and every character makes you understand them and know why they are there way they are. I would recommend it to anyone who's into love stories with a lot of heartbreaks. It's definitely a 8/10 story.

After caused me alot of heartache, it may seem like a classic cliche "bad boy meets good girl" trope where they meet and boom love at first and then happily ever after. After has a whole lot more depth to it, Hardin and Tessa go through alot together, you will cry, love and hate the characters at the same time but thats what makes the book amazing, its realistic. Its not just the bad boy meets the good girl and suddenly the sleepless nights and trauma disappears, they get married and have loads of perfect childern. I would recommend this people who enjoy realistic love stories that deal with heartbreak and self-growth.
