Why can't I download a free book on My Nokia 6.1

Why can't I download a free book on My Nokia 6.1

I chose to read "When No one else believed", but when I was re-directed to Amazon I was offered to purchase the book. I did have "A Fire" from Amazon but, being in Kenya, and not having acquainted myself with e-books, I gave it away. (This was about three years ago. It had been given me as a gift by my brother who lives in Canada.)

Can I get a free book to read from Online Book Club with my smartphone?
