My PDF File has disappeared. [resolved]

My PDF File has disappeared. [resolved]

I had a disc drive failure with blue screen and all yesterday. Now I can't read my new download or even locate the thing. How can I reload this item? My screen about my status does not offer this option. I don't want to mark can't finish because this is not my choice. I didn't see anyone with this problem here. Thanks, Teresa Conti.

In this case, you can select the option "I need to report an error or problem." Before you give the details of the error, you will be asked if you need to re-download the book and you'll be given a link. I hope this is helpful.
