Hello. I guess you downloaded the EPUB format? EPUB cannot be opened by a PDF app; that's why. So I'd advise you to download an app that can open EPUB, or our very own OBC app.

Thank you for reaching out. Was your issue resolved? If not, kindly try downloading an epub reader app like the OBC reader app, or Calibre.
