I love when God

I love when God shows me the path outdoors,

away from my bed,

away from my loneliness,

away, away out my head,

and I wander.

I wander until I reach that willow tree,

I slept underneath it,

and looked up to the sky,

My new place to rot,

My new place to fly.

My God,

is this what we do when we get lonely?

My God,

How great is life.

My God,

How great is love.

Love is all around,

I can’t help to see it.

It's on the lady bug,

It's on the trees.

It's me.
