With reading I have phases.... so i seek out the books which best match the phases I'm currently going through. One of my phases right now is paranormal YA fiction so I'm going to read inescapable by Amy Bartol.

My other phase is modern takes on a Cinderella story... i.e. normal simple girl falling in love with a prince. So I'm going to read;
command me by Geneva Lee
Once upon a prince by Rachel Hauck
Suddenly Royal by Nicole Chase
Prince of Scandal by Annie West
To Marry a Prince by Sophie Page
There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you - Maya Angelou

Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher. My stepdaughter hated it but I will give it a try.

I think the next book one list is "The Five People You Meet in Heaven". By the reviews, it sounds like a great eye opener :)

My next book will be The Bees by Laline Paul. I picked it up a few days ago from this adorable independent bookstore and something about it just spoke to me.

Chasing the Dragon by Jackie Pullinger. After hearing stories about Jackie Pullinger she really is an inspiration and I am desperate to read this book about her personal stories.

Across the Universe and then Fire by Kristin Cashore.

I read Graceling and loved it. I hope fire and Bitterblue are just as good.
