Right now I am reading "Deceptive Calm" by Patricia Skipper and "The Silent Patient" by Alex Michaelides. I'm enjoying both so far. :D

Hooked by Emily McIntire! It’s a reimagined Peter Pan type story.

Right now I'm reading This is How You Lose The Time War by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone (I am really loving it, I feel like it's such a different book from what I am used to reading, the formatting and structure... I also think it's really beautifully written) and the Atlas Paradox by Olivie Blake (I really love this author and the previous book on the trilogy, The Atlas Six, is my favourite book, I loved it so much when I first read it).

Right now, I am reading the undying queen of Ur. I'm sure it's gonna be a nice story. As the introduction is even good

While I am busy with two big books this month the Aliens Omnibus Volume 1 paperback and Tom Clanc'y's Rainbow Six books, I also just started reading Wheel of Time Gathering Storm which I just got in the mail earlier today

I just finished “Life and Other Inconveniences’ by Kristan Higgins. It is a very poignant book about an elderly woman, her granddaughter, and her great granddaughter.Though filled with many losses, it was also funny and uplifting.

I am reading the Wildwood series by Jill Shavis. The series is composed of five books set in Wildwood, a small “Wild West” themed town on the Pacific coast. Each book is a stand-alone book, and they are all romances with great characters. The three books that I have finished deal with love, loss, family, small town pride, and the beauty of nature.

Correction: I should have put that I was reading the Wildstone series by Jill Shavis. It now includes seven books.

Currently? Deceptive Calm by Patricia Skipper, for a review team offer from here. So far, it's been a literary rollercoaster.
After finishing, I think I'll try to tackle something from my extensive list of downloaded but unread ebooks. Or the many books that I began reading but ended up abandoning for whatever reason.

I’ve just started reading, Little Fires Everywhere. I don’t have much to comment on it, but I do have a fun story of how I got it. For Christmas I wrote on my wishlist that I wanted an adventure. I didn’t think anyone would respond. My daughter surprised me with a jar of papers as well as a note with instructions. The jar contains 50 titles of books. One from each US state. I pull out a title and she buys me the book. I was so excited! I love travel, I love reading, and I love surprises! Last month I read the novel, Beach Read, by Emily Henry from Michigan. I really enjoyed it even though and maybe because it was a book that I probably would not have ever thought of reading.

I am reading Strong Heart by Charlie Sheldon. The story centers around indigenous peoples' rights to land in North America and how greedy companies try to use corrupt means to steal these lands.

I am reading She Left by Stacie Gray. Mystery/thriller focusing on a mass murder and its aftermath twenty years later when people connected to the case re-gather in a locked-room sort of setting.
