My top anime for the year has to be Hell's Paradise.
From the plot to the twist. It's 100%

Attack on Titan. Not necessarily the best. A couple of issues here and there, but characters and animation were great.

I liked My Happy Marriage. The underlying premise was different from most other anime series, and it was a refreshing change, from that standpoint, as the focus was on storytelling.

Not 2023, but for 2022 I would say Summertime Rendering. The show had the most mind-bending plot, I'm still thinking about it years after!

It has to be Jujutsu Kaisen season 2. It was the best and I am looking forward to watching season 3
