Cancer is curable but sadly there's still a fear of it coming back, and we are still losing the war since there is no definite cure and not everybody can be cured by it.

I think a lot of people find the title hopeful enough. This is by far the best explanation I see as to why the title should be named as such other than it gives us hope. Certainly, we have to see the bigger picture. One step could actually lead to winning. Thanks for this wonderful insight!
