Re: Mixing religious ideas
I think it all boils down to the person, afterall, we all have our different characteristics and choices.Kibetious wrote: ↑11 Mar 2019, 14:45I am still wondering if this is possible. The ability to mix practices in a way may not really be the best approach though it is still. Read a book a few days that had a religion that had resulted from amalgamation of different teachings in it.Shielasshi_93 wrote: ↑11 Mar 2019, 07:56 I think the author proposed a new idea with mixing practices together and at the same time telling people that it is possible.

Hmm, this makes sense though. I mean having a lot of different perspectives just make a lot of paths to travel on. Didn't see it that way before. Thanks!

True, it is very difficult to mix religious practices and beliefs. Not unless one is comparing them from one perspective.Kibetious wrote: ↑11 Mar 2019, 14:45I am still wondering if this is possible. It may not be the best approach though. It is like getting to a place and picking what suits you. Going to another place and picking what suits you as well. In the end, if it is a case of beliefs for example, we cannot say we are able to separate some aspects to remain with some that we like since they were presented as a whole.Shielasshi_93 wrote: ↑11 Mar 2019, 22:15I think it all boils down to the person, afterall, we all have our different characteristics and choices.Kibetious wrote: ↑11 Mar 2019, 14:45I am still wondering if this is possible.
