What do you think I should read?

Post by Antom1234 »

I dont think I have ever really finished a book in my entire lifetime but I really want to start reading. I think I would be into anything really weird and or deep. Be it fiction or non-fiction I dont care. Anything dealing with like astronomy, art, or any kind of weird phenomena or something. Im probably being way to vague but do you know of any good reads along those lines?

Timeline by Michael Crichton is a pretty good one. They made it into a movie with Paul Walker. It's neither really weird or deep but it has an interesting storyline.

well there are these diary books of kids in wars and on travels...they may be a little short and kidish but if u get two at a time it won't seem too short...also Cirque Du Freak is a great series but it is a little wierd because it is about a vampire boy...but it has a great story and it is not a little kids book.....if u are looking for a big book read inkspell but that is a little wierd it is about a dragon...i don't really know because i haven't read it yet...or series of unfortunate events.....

well, i've got a few personal recommendations.
If you're up for a long fiction book go for John Marco's Jackal of Nar or Eyes of God.
If you like history, the Seamstress by Sara Tuvel Bernstein is pretty awesome. (holocaust novel)
Horror books are great too, I didn't think i would be a fan but then i read the Shining from Steven King and was hooked.

Good Luck.
